Your body needs to be conditioned to maintain the strength and technique that you have
been working on all year! Our M-Prove Workshop will get you ahead of your classmates,
improve your flexibility, technique, and fitness. It has been proven that once you stop dancing after
three days your muscles begin to weaken. Can you imagine your lack of strength and technique after sitting
out the whole summer? In order to improve and progress you must join our M-prove workshop!
